Elijah's - Inspiring new opportunities for all

About Equity Enterprise

Equity Enterprises is a wholly owned subsidiary of Equity Housing Group - a brand new social, commercial and visionary company.

We currently operate two business Equity Living, an ethical estate agency and SK Eight, a social enterprise coffee shop.

About Equity Living

Equity Living is an inspirational new ethical estate agency for customers and organisations looking to buy or sell homes.

Quite simply, we do more to help people get on the property ladder, whether it's a first-time buyer or someone looking for their next move. We also support landlords in marketing and managing their properties.

It's all about opening up the door to unique home ownership opportunities and affordable rents, so everyone can enjoy a better standard of living. At Equity Living, we match the right people to the right homes, all at that right price.

About SK Eight

SK Eight is our new coffee shop with a difference. We’re a social enterprise, which means that we re-invest our profits back in to local communities via the Equity Foundation while also providing an amazing place for people to meet, drink and eat.

As an ethical business, we will only work with local suppliers (our bread, fruit and meat comes from shops within a three-mile radius) and our impressive space is available for community groups and local businesses to use, free of charge. We also pay our colleagues at least the National Living Wage, regardless of age, and we provide employment and training opportunities, from food hygiene qualifications to customer service, to help to develop their skills and experience.
