Experience of project management within housing sector / Managing capital budgets / Knowledge of all aspects of housing.

To provide first line advice and support to managers and employees on all Human Resources matters, including policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.
Relevant Qualifications / Administrative skills / Influencing and decision making skills.
To encourage and facilitate the involvement of customers in the management of the housing service, policy decisions and service delivery. To promote, develop and support customer participation structures.
Educated to A Level or equiv / Experience of working with customers / Knowledge of current housing issues.
