Officer

Duties:

To be responsible for the identification of development opportunities and the initiation, programming and implementation to agreed budgets and timescales.

Required Skills:

Experience of project management within housing sector / Managing capital budgets / Knowledge of all aspects of housing.

Market
Researcher

Duties:

To research and understand our customers, neighbourhoods and the impact of services provided.

Required Skills:

To conduct research for market intelligence to shape the Group to become a revolutionary provider. Project Management skills / Resilience and Tenacious / resolve conflicting and complex priorities.

Human
Resources
Assistant

Duties:

To provide first line advice and support to managers and employees on all Human Resources matters, including policies, procedures and terms and conditions of employment.

Required Skills:

Relevant Qualifications / Administrative skills / Influencing and decision making skills.

Customer
Engagement
Specialist

Duties:

To encourage and facilitate the involvement of customers in the management of the housing service, policy decisions and service delivery. To promote, develop and support customer participation structures.

Required Skills:

Educated to A Level or equiv / Experience of working with customers / Knowledge of current housing issues.
